Up to 14 days after receiving your order, you can return the goods without providing any reasons.

Please note, however, that you will bear the costs of your return shipment. You might be wondering why? As a family business, we unfortunately cannot offer you the conditions of a retail giant – nor do we want to, as we stand for fair trade and environmental protection.

We want to raise awareness about delivery routes and thereby minimize return routes. We only accept returns for new and unworn jewelry.

If your order is damaged or something is missing, it must be reported in advance via email to hallo@wunschkristall.com.

Otherwise, there is no guaranty that the full purchase price can be refunded. Please note: Jewelry sets can only be returned in full. The return of a single piece of jewelry is not possible.

Please send us an email at hallo@wunschkristall.com (ideally from the email address you used during the ordering process) and register the return with your order ID/order number with us.

Please don't forget to affix sufficient postage to your package. After receiving the unused goods, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used when placing the order.
