Description
GOLDEN CROWN is an extraordinary rock crystal specimen with rutile and chlorite from the Himalayas. Several clear to subtly smoky quartz crystals rise together in a harmonious cluster, their pronounced terminations creating a distinctive crown-like architecture.
Particularly fascinating are the fine rutile inclusions within selected areas of the quartz. Depending on the viewing angle and light, they reveal warm golden, bronze, and copper-colored reflections, adding remarkable depth and a subtle metallic brilliance to the crystal formation.
Greenish chlorite provides a cooler mineral contrast to the warm tones of the rutile and the clarity of the quartz. The interplay of different crystal sizes, well-defined terminations, visible growth structures, and mineral inclusions gives GOLDEN CROWN a complex and highly detailed appearance.
As the specimen is viewed from different perspectives, shifting reflections and refractions continuously reveal new internal structures and fine mineral details.
Weighing 83 g and measuring approximately 55 mm in height, GOLDEN CROWN is a compact yet highly expressive collector’s specimen with a strong visual presence.
The combination of clear to subtly smoky Himalayan quartz, golden rutile, greenish chlorite, and its distinctive crown-like crystal architecture makes GOLDEN CROWN a unique and highly individual specimen.
